I am working here as a Creative Head and Manager Design and leading a design team.

Launched the digital Print Series named “Impressions” by Portia in November 2013.

(September 2010 – November 2012)

I worked there as a Senior Designer. My job included:

Create designs for Lawn and export both.
The overall design development as per target assigned.
Perform R&D related to design, style/market survey for new product and perform competitor product (design) analysis in our target market.
Make mood boards, design presentation for production approvals.
Identify the season wise styles/colors that are most demanded in different locations.
Develop new designs for each upcoming season/event.
Coordinate and meet with in-house & third party production team as and when required.
Ensure that required design is sampled on-time for presentation.Random shop visits to check concerned products placement.
Ensure back-up of human resource within the team.
Coordinate and work with international customer and designers as and when required.

Create modern, Traditional and Trendy designs
.Generate new color ways for each design.
Coordinate and work with international customer and designers as and when required.
Ensure that required design are sampled on-time for presentation.
Look after the printing and technical problems before and during printing.
Giving sufficient advises about design or printing.
Stitching, Styling and presenting all designs in the form of elegant outfits.
Manage all shoots for summer/Autumn/Winter Lawn Collections.
Took active part in Magazine design and Launch.
Took active part in season launch/exhibitions and store campaigns.

I worked as a Designer here. My job included:

Create designs for Lawn as well as exports according to new era and also according to the boss instructions.
Generate new color ways for each design.

(July 2005 – February 2008)

Worked as a Designer, My job included:

Created and also separated new designs for the Lawn 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009.
Made designs for the technique of 4 color printing.
Perform R&D related to design, style/market survey for new product and perform competitor product (design) analysis

in our target market.

Created designs for the lawn as well as for the export.
Worked as the first operator and Digital Print Designer of Pakistan for SAPPHIRE.
Designed and printed 3 piece exclusive silk/cotton suits for “Saleem Brothers Karachi” and also for “Saleem Fabrics Lahore”.

During these 3.2 years, I Worked there on Printing floor as Printing Machine Operator, IPS Operator (color Dispensing Machine), Sampling Machine Operator, Curing Machine operator, Color man and quality Controller.

Have complete knowledge and experience of fabric printing process.
